The Cayce Place Apartments project is the first MDHA public housing construction project in over 18 years.  This 68-unit apartment project required strict adherence to all federal, state & local specifications and a large volume of project specific reporting requirements.  As a women owned business Rachelle was able to position her team to successfully assist MDHA to better meet their participation goals and requirements for the project.  The scope entailed a major water line extension and storm water resizing through two busy city streets, value engineering of cut and fill operations and a 20 foot retaining wall.
