Nashville, TN

Wingate by Wyndham prides themselves on premier site locations. This project is located adjacent to both interstate 40 and Metro Nashville Airport (BNA). This location proved challenging due to the large volume of bedrock removal required within 150 feet of neighboring hotels. Mass excavation, demolition, waste removal, retaining walls, site concrete, curb, gutter and active drive lane utility installation kept our crews busy throughout this project timeline.

The project required many engineering changes from the onset of the job. Grade A Construction’s team handled each with ease. Their Operations Management team provided the necessary direction allowing our team to make an educated decision for our owner. Multiple change orders were required and Grade A delivered sensible pricing structures making our approval process quick and easy for everyone involved.
