The Shoppes at Northgate

Murfreesboro, TN

This 16+ acre site located in the heart of the growing commercial district of Murfreesboro, TN would prove challenging for most contractors. Grade A provided the dirt pad in only 26 days in late December despite adverse weather conditions. The project consisted of mass grading, sink hole repair, permitting, lane widening, street expansion, signalization, domestic, fire, sewer, storm, landscaping, site electric, paving, curb and all flatwork. Rachelle's skilled team of in-office and field personnel seamlessly provide the highest level of project management required to complete each job with the greatest of ease. The management team consistently presents "solutions" to each challenge verses the normal "presentation of problems" so frequently encountered in our industry.

Grade A Construction, LLC. was responsible for this multifaceted project. Blasting was required due to heavy rock within the pad and multiple fuel station tanks exceeding 20' in depth. Overhead lines in utility areas required heightened safety awareness from field personnel. This new store is no easy task however the Grade A team has kept it on schedule.

Grade A Construction, LLC. was responsible for several major components of the project including: placement of the building pad, final grading, surveying, storm placement and removal, TDOT lane widening, coordination of storm drain jetvac cleanout and detention pond stabilization while coordinating other trades to assure our project timeline was kept.
