Grade A Construction's President, Rachelle L Reigard invests heavily in partnership relationships. After a rough start to 2019 due to inclement weather, it is our strong relationships with our partners that made this year successful after for all of us.

From the beginning, Grade A Construction has forged a partnership with Pinnacle Financial. This partnership has grown into a deep rooted relationship based on the trust & knowledge that both partners are experts in their fields and that by working together, it will be beneficial for each of them, as well as the community in which they serve. This relationship has grown over the years, starting with one small project and now encompassing multiple projects at multimillion dollar levels.
Rachelle Reigard, President of Grade A Construction is a special guest on Facebook live- iWork4Him Ministries. During this program, Reigard discusses how she is encouraging all her employees to register to vote and take time to vote. It is a privilege to vote, so let's do it.
After 5 years in the construction business, Grade A construction is pleased with how much they have grown & what they have accomplished. We are now excited about what the future holds for us, our business, and our partnerships. We look forward to working together to build the middle Tennessee area.

Grade A continues to invest in Komatsu's Intelligent Control machines to improve production and accuracy in the field. Rachelle Reigard spoke to a group of industry experts at Komatsu America's Demo Day in Cartervilles, GA. Rachelle owns a fleet of Komatsu's Intelligent Control machines in use everyday her middle TN market. Grade A was the 1st company to own Komatsu's PC360i in North America and the 1st company in Tennessee to own Komatsu's PC210i.

Office Field Training

Perspective is obtained with our internal office staff during Office Field Training Days. Bethany put her skills to the test on our 2 month old Komatsu 210i GPS controlled excavator. Training was also performed on our 2015 Komatsu 270 wheel loader and our 2015 Komatsu 65EXi GPS controlled ripping dozer. Rachelle Reigard, President promotes balance and holistic understanding for all employees within the organization.

Focused on what matters, Grade A Construction sent another (8) eight team members to become certified with the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (TDEC). Stormwater discharge is a serious issue as a site contractor in our middle Tennessee area.
